Registered Nurse House Supervisor

Job Title

• House Supervisor (Night Shift)

• Arcata, CA

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts (3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care operations and ensure quality standards are maintained during night hours
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate clinical activities in the facility
• Respond to clinical emergencies and provide leadership in crisis situations
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Proof of negative TB screening within the past 12 months
• NRP certification preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a hospital or similar setting
