Full-time, Days shift, 40 hours per week (4x10-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Electrophysiology (EP) suite.
• Support patient assessment, preparation, and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate with cardiology physicians and healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards specific to the cath lab environment.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Assist with maintaining a sterile and efficiently organized procedure area.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS (must be current at the time of submission).
• Ability to float within scope to all three hospitals within a 20-mile radius.
• Must be nicotine-free and pass a negative 10-panel drug screen with cotinine testing.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in teaching hospitals or Level Trauma facilities.
• Familiarity with EPIC or similar electronic health record systems.
• Experience with EKG interpretation and pharmacology testing is preferred.
