- Full-time, Day shifts, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all Interventional Radiology and special procedural imaging cases.
- Ensure proper operation and troubleshooting of Siemens and Phillips imaging equipment, with preference for Acuson ultrasound devices.
- Prepare patients and assist during procedures such as angiograms, stents, angioplasty, nephograms, biopsies, drainages, vascular, neurological, and body procedures.
- Follow sterile protocols and support technologists and physicians during complex IR procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health records systems (Epic preferred).
- Adhere to safety and infection control policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of IR or special procedures imaging experience, including neuro and vascular cases.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens and Phillips radiologic equipment.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in neuro, stroke, and body procedures.
- BLS certification required.
- NC or Compact radiology license in hand at start date.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ARRT Advanced Certification preferred.
- Experience with EPIC and Visage PACS systems.
- Outpatient, OR, ER, Level I trauma, or community hospital experience.
- Experience in ablations, venous access, and complex vascular procedures.

Additional Notes
- Candidates must be fully available for orientation week classes.
- No RTO during first week; 7 days of RTO can be approved as long as it does not fall on holidays.
- Travel within the hospital or nearby facilities is expected based on patient census and skill sets.
- Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
- Floating to different units or affiliate hospitals may be required.
- References required at start; two supervisor references within past 12 months are highly preferred.
- Candidates must complete all required modules prior to start.
- COVID or other health policy compliance required.
