• Full-time, Day shifts, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with all Interventional Radiology and special procedural imaging cases.
• Ensure proper operation and troubleshooting of Siemens and Phillips imaging equipment, with preference for Acuson ultrasound devices.
• Prepare patients and assist during procedures such as angiograms, stents, angioplasty, nephograms, biopsies, drainages, vascular, neurological, and body procedures.
• Follow sterile protocols and support technologists and physicians during complex IR procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health records systems (Epic preferred).
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of IR or special procedures imaging experience, including neuro and vascular cases.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens and Phillips radiologic equipment.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in neuro, stroke, and body procedures.
• BLS certification required.
• NC or Compact radiology license in hand at start date.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ARRT Advanced Certification preferred.
• Experience with EPIC and Visage PACS systems.
• Outpatient, OR, ER, Level I trauma, or community hospital experience.
• Experience in ablations, venous access, and complex vascular procedures.

Additional Notes

• Candidates must be fully available for orientation week classes.
• No RTO during first week; 7 days of RTO can be approved as long as it does not fall on holidays.
• Travel within the hospital or nearby facilities is expected based on patient census and skill sets.
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
• Floating to different units or affiliate hospitals may be required.
• References required at start; two supervisor references within past 12 months are highly preferred.
• Candidates must complete all required modules prior to start.
• COVID or other health policy compliance required.
