  • Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report significant changes to the healthcare team.
  • Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care.
  • Adhere to all safety and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa.
  • CPR and ACLS certifications preferred.
  • Prior experience working in LTC or SNF settings.
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts reliably and independently.

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations.
