Schedule / Job Type
• Part-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide age-specific, direct patient care in a medical-surgical/telemetry setting
• Deliver nursing interventions utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with departmental standards
• Assume leadership responsibilities, including delegation to team members
• Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal healthcare regulations and policies
• Maintain active certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC), with courses scheduled before start date
• Participate in clinical orientation and ongoing training as required

Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Vermont
• Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications prior to start date
• Experience in a medical-surgical or telemetry unit preferred
• Ability to work nights and adapt to flexible scheduling

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience with telemetry monitoring
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
