Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed therapists in delivering patient care and treatment plans
• Support patient rehabilitation through therapeutic exercises and interventions
• Monitor and document patient progress according to established protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
Required Qualifications
• Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
