Key Responsibilities

• Support the surgical team during operations, adhering to safety and protocol standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation of procedures and patient care activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operative workflows.
• Respond to on-call requirements, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in operating room technology or surgical assisting.
• Travel experience preferred.
• Level 1 Trauma experience preferred.
• Strong skills in surgical support and sterile techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Burn care experience.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to adapt to high-pressure environments.
