Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Complete documentation and work with external agencies as required.
• Adhere to established procedures and protocols for patient care.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain active licensure and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active license as a Physical Therapist in Texas.
• Experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Equipment will be provided during the interview process.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a similar outpatient or hospital environment.
• Familiarity with documentation requirements for external agencies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
