Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services under the supervision of the licensed therapist.
• Assist in patient assessments, treatment planning, and implementing therapy procedures.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients daily, including double-booked follow-up visits.
• Contribute to achieving productivity goals of approximately 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and float to other locations as needed.
• Ensure patient progress and compliance with treatment plans.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, days schedule.
• Willingness to float to other clinics within the network.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• New graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with a high patient volume and double-booking procedures.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
