Job Title

• Respiratory Therapist (Pediatrics / NICU)

• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours), Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy for pediatric, neonatal, and infant patients in a Level 4 Neonatal ICU.
• Administer treatments and manage ventilator equipment in a high-acuity environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress using Epic EMR system.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and clinical protocols, including CPR and PALS standards.
• Participate in holiday rotation and provide on-call support as needed.

Required Qualifications

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification.
• South Carolina RCP license in hand or application proof at time of start.
• BLS and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric, neonatal, and infant respiratory care experience.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to work 3 nights per week, including holiday rotation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Level 4 NICU.
• Additional certifications in neonatal or pediatric respiratory therapy.
