Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Day shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) during day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Assist with line insertions, intubation, hypothermia protocols, CRRT/CVVHD, and IABP as needed
• Comply with hospital protocols, including EPIC charting system and certifications
• Support patient safety and quality care while working within scope and floating as required within the hospital and affiliates
• Participate in a rotating schedule including every other weekend and holiday shifts

Required Qualifications

• Valid Illinois or Missouri RN license in hand at time of submission (Compact license required if applicable)
• Minimum of 2 years ICU clinical experience
• ACLS, NIH, and BCLS certifications required
• Recent ICU experience with EPIC charting system knowledge
• Ability to assist with technical procedures such as line insertion and intubation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with hypothermia protocols, CRRT/CVVHD, and IABP management
• Previous hospital-based ICU experience in a Magnet or Level Trauma facility
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
