Job Title

• Nuclear Medicine/PET Technician

Schedule / Job Type

• Day shifts, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (4x10s or 5x8s preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform PET and nuclear medicine imaging procedures, primarily focusing on PET scans
• Float between PET and nuclear medicine departments as needed, ensuring coverage for both specialties
• Adhere to department protocols and maintain accurate documentation within Epic and Siemens systems
• Communicate effectively with team members, including call responsibilities, which may include weekends and holidays
• Comply with all hospital and safety guidelines, including local and facility-specific policies

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification with a valid California license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 6 months of PET experience and 1 year of nuclear medicine experience, including required NM certifications
• Ability to work variable start times between 0700-0900 and work call shifts as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Epic electronic medical record system experience
• Siemens equipment experience
• Previous work within acute care hospital settings, preferably in magnet-recognized facilities
