Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a registered therapist
- Assist in implementing therapy plans to support patient recovery and functional improvement
- Document patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist
- Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment
- Collaborate with healthcare team to meet patient care goals
Required Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or certification
- Availability to start ASAP
- Previous experience in occupational therapy preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation setting
- Ability to adapt to rotating shift schedules
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
