Registered Nurse LTC/SNF

Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Location

• Ludington, MI

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shift, 12-hour shifts, approximately 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform head-to-toe assessments for residents
• Monitor and manage patients with diagnoses such as CHF, COPD, DM, dementia, and those in rehab
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including PT/OT, dieticians, and social services
• May perform charge nurse duties as needed
• Participate in resident care planning and documentation within Point Click Care EMR
• Assist in maintaining safety protocols, including dementia unit procedures

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of LTC experience
• Comfortable working with first-time traveler assignments
• Ability to manage residents with IVs and titratable medications

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a SNF or long-term care setting
• Comfortable working independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of Point Click Care EMR system
