• Full-time, shifts 4 days per week, days shift, 8.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly
• Educate patients and families on post-therapy exercises and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress notes
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in physical therapy practice
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and patient care standards
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or hospital settings
• Bilingual skills are a plus
