Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current state nursing license in Illinois or eligibility for licensure
- Experience or training in emergency room or acute care settings
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior ER or trauma nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
