Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 13-week travel assignment, days shift
Key Responsibilities
• Assist surgeons during various surgical procedures including orthopedics, neuro, spine, gynecology, urology, general, robotics, vascular, pediatrics, ENT, plastics, podiatry, OMF, and dental surgeries
• Support surgical team with equipment setup and instrument handling
• Ensure compliance with unit-specific policies and safety protocols
• Maintain sterile field and assist with patient care before, during, and after procedures
• Collaborate with surgical team to optimize patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
• CST, CFA, RNFA certifications
• 2+ years of relevant surgical experience
• Knowledge of advanced surgical procedures and instrumentation
• Ability to assist in multiple surgical specialties and with complex robotics systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with Da Vinci, Mako, and Velys robotic systems
• Familiarity with Cerner documentation system
• Flexibility to adapt to call requirements and schedule needs
• Previous travel or specialty hospital experience
