- Part-time, Nights, 12.5-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to needs promptly and professionally.
- Follow care plans and document resident data accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
- Assist with medication administration and other clinical duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Strong communication and clinical skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
