- Part-time, Night shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes as needed
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient comfort and safety
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Proven experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to shift schedules
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic nursing skills and knowledge of healthcare procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a SNF or LTC setting
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
