Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services to patients of all ages.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve or restore function.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies and home exercises.

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapy license or certification for the state of New Jersey.
• Prior experience in an outpatient or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of current therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.
