Key Responsibilities
• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Monitor patient health and assist with daily living activities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
• Follow facility policies and procedures to ensure safety and compliance.
• Rotate schedules: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.
Required Qualifications
• Active and valid LPN or LVN license.
• Minimum of 12-hour night shift availability.
• At least 1 year of experience in LTC/SNF environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working night shifts.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
