• Full-time, Days shifts, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic conditions.
• Manage a productivity of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to meet patient care demands.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and documentation standards.
• Work with prior approval from the director for any overtime hours.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Alabama.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work a full 8-hour shift during days.
• Willingness to accept travel assignments and new graduates are welcome.
• Experience with orthopedic patient populations is a plus.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient therapy experience.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics if needed (though not required).
• Strong patient management skills and adherence to productivity goals.
