Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic conditions.
- Manage a productivity of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
- Double-book follow-up visits as needed to meet patient care demands.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and documentation standards.
- Work with prior approval from the director for any overtime hours.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Alabama.
- Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
- Ability to work a full 8-hour shift during days.
- Willingness to accept travel assignments and new graduates are welcome.
- Experience with orthopedic patient populations is a plus.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous outpatient therapy experience.
- Flexibility to float to other clinics if needed (though not required).
- Strong patient management skills and adherence to productivity goals.
