Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (Night Shift)

Location

• Greensboro, NC

Schedule / Job Type

• Contract, Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment during night shifts
• Perform clinical assessments, monitor patient vitals, and administer treatments
• Collaborate with medical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Complete required documentation accurately within hospital systems
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards, including mandatory compliance and pass/fail EKG testing

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Emergency Department settings
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Ability to pass EKG exam (2 attempts allowed)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous Charge Nurse and Level 2 Trauma experience preferred
• CPR, PALS, and TNCC certifications are a plus
• Flexibility to float across various hospital campuses as needed
