Key Responsibilities
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy services
- Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve patient outcomes
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed to achieve recovery goals
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and home exercise programs
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress in accordance with clinic protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities
- Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in outpatient or rehabilitative settings
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
