Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy assisting services to patients under supervision.
• Support patient rehabilitation plans and document progress.
• Float between hospital units and neighboring facilities as needed.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain accurate charting via Epic.
• Comply with all hospital policies, including holiday and schedule requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license; pending license accepted for submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience with Epic charting system.
• Must have a reliable vehicle for travel between facilities.
• Ability to work within a 50-mile radius of the facility.
• References covering at least one year within the last three years.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working at a Providence facility or similar healthcare system.
• Flexibility to float within hospital and affiliate units.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety protocols.
