Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient nursing care in a busy urology clinic setting.
• Perform repeated daily catheterizations for male and female patients, including suprapubic catheter changes.
• Assist with patient assessments, explanations, and post-procedure care related to urological conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records, primarily EPIC.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and uphold high standards of patient hygiene and comfort.

Required Qualifications

• Oregon RN license (in hand or pending upon submittal).
• Minimum of 1 year of registered nurse experience in a clinical setting.
• Highly skilled in catheterization procedures, especially in urology.
• Ability to work independently and handle repetitive, detailed tasks.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent patient communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ONC certification preferred but not required.
• Experience caring for patients with urological diagnoses such as prostate, bladder, kidney, or testicular cancers, incontinence, BPH, erectile dysfunction, renal calculi, urinary retention, and other related conditions.
• Experience in outpatient urology clinics.
