Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Care for a diverse patient demographic, including general ortho cases.
• Float to neighboring clinics as needed and work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work full-time during scheduled shifts.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours/week, with prior authorization for overtime.
• Strong patient management skills and efficiency in handling multiple patients daily.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with orthopedic patient populations.
• Flexibility to float between clinics.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
