Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical laboratory testing in various departments, including blood bank.
- Ensure accurate and timely results to support patient care.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and adhere to quality control standards.
- Follow safety and compliance protocols for laboratory practices.
- Document and report test results as required.
Required Qualifications
- Current California CLS or MLS license.
- TB clearance completed within the past 12 months.
- Blood bank experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working as a generalist in clinical laboratories.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety and compliance protocols.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
