- Full-time, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and functional respiratory tests to assess patient needs.
- Create and implement treatment plans in coordination with medical teams.
- Monitor and document patients' progress throughout their treatment.
- Perform phlebotomies and IV starts/removals as necessary.
- Educate patients on administering treatments and proper use of medical equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- NICU experience is required.
- Valid respiratory therapy license or certification.
- Ability to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Strong patient education skills.
- Knowledge of hospital protocols and safety standards.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a critical access hospital setting.
- Experience with ventilator management and advanced respiratory equipment.
