Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, focusing on orthopedic care.
• Manage a productivity goal of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to maintain efficiency.
• Obtain approval from the director for any overtime beyond scheduled hours.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with a guaranteed 36 hours.
• Flexibly float to other clinics if required, although this is not a primary expectation.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to consider first-time travelers and new graduates.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Strong patient management and documentation skills.
• Ability to double-book and handle a high-volume caseload.
