Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing therapy plans
- Provide direct patient care to support rehabilitation goals
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment
- Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment
- Support patients in activities of daily living to promote independence
Required Qualifications
- Valid license or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Prior experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in outpatient or rehabilitation therapy
- Familiarity with documentation and electronic health records systems
