Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking follow-up visits.
• Guarantee of 36 hours per week, with potential to work up to 40 hours.
• Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress.
• Collaborate with clinic team to ensure quality patient care and adherence to productivity goals.
• Obtain prior approval from management for any overtime hours.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work full-time hours, including working up to 40 hours per week.
• Strong organizational and patient management skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedics experience preferred.
• Willingness or ability to be a first-time traveler or new graduate.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics within the network if needed.
