Schedule / Job Type
- Days, Full-time, 12-hour shifts, 1 shift per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients meeting Medical Step-Down level of care.
- Monitor and document patient conditions accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure patient safety and adhere to clinical protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- BSN or other professional nursing certification recognized by the Magnet Recognition Program.
