Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
• Document patient sessions and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or license eligible as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in physical therapy practice
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and patient care protocols
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous clinical or outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Knowledge of current therapeutic treatment standards and equipment
