Job Title

• Registered Nurse (RN) – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Nights (3x12-hour shifts per week), Temp-to-hire

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the Intermediate-Medical (IMC), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), or Stepdown units, ensuring safety and well-being.
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed, maintaining flexible coverage.
• Admit, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of PCU or stepdown experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to start IVs and manage telehealth monitoring.
• Valid Compact or Ohio State nursing license in hand at the time of submission.
• Must complete Ohio fingerprinting process promptly and comply with travel screening deadlines.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred.
• Experience with IV starts and tele-ICU monitoring.
• Familiarity with hospital parking options for travelers.
