Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor patient vital signs and responses, and intervene as necessary.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
- Float between various units including step-down and PCU, based on unit needs and acuity levels.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio or compact state license.
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Proven IV start and telehealth experience.
- Ability to work night shifts (19:00–7:30).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in multiple hospital campuses and float pools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments.
