Key Responsibilities

• Provide optimal physical therapy assessment and treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and function.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and treatment protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of healthcare laws and documentation protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
