Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.

• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Comply with all regulatory and safety standards related to patient treatment.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington, DC.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a SNF environment.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and practices.
