Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a regional healthcare setting
- Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with medical team to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions
- Adhere to performance expectations, with contract termination possible upon non-performance
Required Qualifications
- Active licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the state of Nebraska
- Basic life support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
