Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals receiving psychiatric and behavioral health treatment

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans for psychiatric patients

• Monitor patient mental and physical status and respond appropriately to changes in condition

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient safety and therapeutic outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or a compact state

• Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing

• Current BLS certification

• Ability to work night shift in a fast-paced inpatient behavioral health environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health setting

• Familiarity with de-escalation techniques and trauma-informed care practices

• Experience working with diverse patient populations in a structured clinical environment
