Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
• Support patients in improving their functional abilities through therapeutic activities
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for therapy sessions
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting
• Familiarity with documentation and electronic health records
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
