Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in various clinical settings.
• Complete documentation related to patient care in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Maintain active licensure and equipment readiness for daily shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in setting up and managing treatment modalities.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
• Credentialing requirements completed prior to start date.
• Reliable equipment and documentation skills to meet clinical standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or similar clinical environments.
• Knowledge of documentation procedures for agencies outside of internal clearance.
• Experience with credentialing processes for ATI or similar facilities.
