Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 8-hour night shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate in the operating room, providing critical support during surgical procedures
• Follow all safety and procedural protocols to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes
• Collaborate with surgical teams to prepare the operating area and assist as needed
• Document patient care activities accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid Delaware RN license with license number and expiration date
• Current Compact or Delaware RN license in hand
• Certification with clear expiration dates (e.g., BLS, ACLS) with certifications listed in submission
• Full SSN, DOB, and address required for compliance
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating room nursing, with prior travel experience preferred
• Must have scrub and circulate skills (no exceptions)
• Availability for a voice interview and nurse manager screening

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working night shifts in a surgical setting
• Ability to float within different areas based on acuity needs
