Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including orthopedics and post-operative cases.
• Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and document progress effectively.
• See approximately 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity goal of 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in patient care planning.
• Occasionally float to other clinics as needed to meet coverage requirements.
• Ensure all therapy sessions adhere to facility standards and protocols.

Required Qualifications
• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professionalism.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience with orthopedic and post-operative patient populations.
• Experience managing vestibular patients is a plus.
• Willingness to accept new grads and first-time travelers.
