Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapy services to patients.
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress under supervision.
• Prepare and maintain therapy treatment areas and documentation.
• Educate patients and family members on therapy techniques and exercises.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and goals.

Required Qualifications
• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Valid state licensure or registration as required by local regulations.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient handling.
