Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.
- Document patient care and report significant observations.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 8.5-hour shift experience preferred.
- Ability to work every other weekend and holiday as required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous work in LTC or SNF environments.
- Strong patient assessment skills.
