Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
- Schedule treatments typically at a rate of 2 patients per hour, conducting approximately 55-63 treatments weekly.
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation using the Raintree electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Work a flexible schedule, including four 10-hour shifts and two evenings per week until 7:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license and registration as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings post-clinicals.
- Proficiency with electronic health records, preferably Raintree EMR.
- Ability to complete three HealthStream Modules prior to assignment, with proof of completion.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous outpatient or hospital-based outpatient therapy experience.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations.
