Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a short-term care facility setting.
- Follow a 5x8 day shift schedule, working from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM on Fridays through Thursdays.
- Work every other weekend and holiday within the contract period.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Follow facility protocols and documentation standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Dakota.
- Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts on a consistent schedule.
- Must be willing to work scheduled weekends and holidays as required.
- Benefit from previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
