- Document patient assessments and treatment activities accurately
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in skilled nursing or rehab facilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
