Location

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments of residents
- Manage patient care in a 83-bed skilled nursing facility, including a 20-bed dementia unit with locked-down security
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including PT/OT, dieticians, social services, and case managers
- Respond to patient needs, monitor vitals, and provide quality resident care
- Possibly assume charge nurse duties as required
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Long Term Care (LTC) setting
- Comfortable working as a first-time traveler
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with patients diagnosed with CHF, COPD, DM, Dementia, and Rehab needs
- Familiarity with Point Click Care EMR system
- Ability to handle IV therapy for fluids and antibiotics
